Ready To Bake Speeches are well thought and written classic TALKS pertaining to your expertise. It makes it easy when it's time to pull a rabbit out of your hat at a moments notice. This is the only way to avoid sleepiness nights before your big day behind the microphone. When speeches/TALKs are ready to bake you'll only have 3 components to think about.
1. Pace words per minute in your 20 minute speech/TALK
You'll need 2,500 words in your 20 minute TALK.
Don't mimic an auctioneer at 250 words per minute. Normal "words per minute" are 125 to 145 if you're a medium to fast talker.
Slow talkers pace their words per minute at 100 words, or When you're a slow speaker
2. Print 2 copies of your speech/TALK
Printing out 2 copies the night before your big day will save you huge amounts of anxiety. Have you ever went to print and you're low on ink, or technical issues pop up when you least expected? Print in 16 font just incase lighting is low or you misplace your glasses.
3. Think about having 2 designated outfits only for speaking engagements
Stay away from strips and patterns that add pounds in pictures and video footage.
Avoid shinny fabrics.
Embrace classic collars.
Red is not the best color for TV.
Wear black if the studio or stage has good lighting, otherwise you'll be muted by the background.
